Starting simply with a calm piano intro, backed by soothing strings, the piece soon becomes expansive and fluid, with a tight rhythm section, fast repeating violin motifs and contrasting sweeping legato strings. The introduction of brass shadows the punch of the string shorts before backing off to reset the calm, chilled mood of the intro, as it again builds on the main theme until its short and sweet piano/trumpet ending. Happy and fulfilling in mood, with a romantic and charming undertone.

A tense action epic. The title may be a bit misleading if you're expecting the classic John Williams score, but there's certainly dramatic tension and plenty of big screen atmosphere. Accentuated off-beat rhythms using percussion and strings, raspy brass swells and enhancing woodwinds all contribute to an edgy, pointed piece with a dark and sinister side.

Beautifully light track full of inspirational mood that builds into an overwhelmingly heroic and uplifting piece. Take chiming piano, overlay delicate acoustic guitar, add a touch of class with some strings and build with bass and classic electric rock guitar and there it is - a heartwarming and positive slice of cinematic feelgood.

Symphonic rock track with a hyped up feel. Very energetic and nervous in feel, you can sense the tension created by dark chord sequences through electric power chords and gripping string marcato. Brooding legato string passages juxtapose the neverending pound of the drums while electric guitars harmonise like a symphony orchestra for a dynamic action piece that starts intense, and just gets stronger. Mysterious and unrelenting.

String ostinatos and an army of French horns of course. And with a little help from the percussion section and the rest of the orchestra, some subtle sound design features and an uplifting chord progression, you have yourself the most awe-inspiring, motivational soundtrack you could ask for. Suitably heroic, majestic and just plain epic.

Very animated, with all the instruments of the orchestra featured for a dynamic and at times, deliberately hectic and manic feel, it captures both the fun, comical side of the circus with the darker, more horror themed associations we've come to see on the big screen. Hauntingly enjoyable.
