A strong military feel, with a mix of gothic darkness and mischeivous endeavour in a cinematic package.

Soothing but mysterious orchestral track. Arpeggiated piano and strings start classically, but a theremin lead takes things to an unexpected level of mystical contrast. Elegance and majesty is constant due to the warm orchestration throughout, with a deliberate unease and suspense created by the unusual instrumentation and melodies.  

Orchestral (hybrid) track, featuring piano, strings, brass and FX. A lulling, yet dissonant piano theme takes centre stage, accompanied by legato violins and various chilling percussive effects to a sharp climax, before returning to the more sedate, yet unsettling motif. Edgy and intense, with an unresolved ending.  

Epic fantasy orchestral track. Brass fanfares, repeated by the strings and enhanced by the choir and percussion, form the main theme of this dramatic action piece. Respite comes in the middle section with a calm, simple piano sequence backed by soft string chords that soon builds to the original fanfare and return of the familiar intensity of the first half. Tension, danger and doom aplenty in a confrontational and menacing work.

Edgy orchestral track. Starting with a fast moving string theme and percussion, deep chimes ring in the ominous dread approaching. Building in intensity, and dropping out, become able suspense techniques throughout, as does contrasting the doom with light playful passages on strings, woodwinds or xylophone. Slurred legato violins apply textured expression and rich brass adds an aggressive feel to create a dramatic, mysterious and epic composition.

639 Hz - a frequency filled with love, radiance, and positive energy. It's the frequency of the heart, but don't expect James Blunt style whinings. This is a meditation soundscape designed to go much deeper, whistling straight into your inner core with haunting tones and evolving sound design. As useful for cinematic ambience as it is for spiritual energising, it's said to help you build harmonious relationships with others. Might work better than a mix tape of 80's love ballads.

Dark and atmospheric from the start, using a simple repeated piano theme, and enhanced by subtle, dissonant strings and choir to create suspense, the piece remains stable but varied throughout - synth pulses and percussion add movement, cello adds melancholy, glockenspiel adds lightness. The slow pace adds to the dramatic tension so you're left in no doubt that something must be lurking nearby.  

Industrial techno track. Very lively and beat driven, without being overly aggressive, the hits and impacts are enhanced by synth phrases and distorted electric guitar riffs, intended to create an overall landscape of power, industry and energy rather than a memorable melody. Unrelenting and tense dark electro.

Tense orchestral hybrid track. Male and female choir chanting, cinematic percussion and deep synth textures marry with a full range of orchestral techniques and dynamics for an epic, jagged piece that is action packed, unsettling and dramatic. Dark and gothic due to the choral elements, it captures an energetic and panicked spirit with a sense of struggle and fight.

Hollow and desperate piano instrumental, epitomising loneliness and helplessness. Slow, methodical piano meanders throughout, searching for a theme, enhanced by electro sound design elements that reinforce the sound of empty space. Not a piece that's going to brighten your day, unless you've been searching for the perfect accompaniment to your solitude and loss of hope.

Plenty of sound design elements and creeping pulses add interest and drive to generate the brooding ambient soundscape, without losing its main core of fragile, haunting pianowork that binds it all together. With fantasy elements and gothic overtones from the use of sparkling glockenspiel and operatic vocals, the piece marries various moods whilst always suggesting an impending danger and wonder. Running synth phrases, electric guitar stabs and shrill legato strings complement the rich and diverse landscape, backed by a strong and steady drum beat. A supernatural and mystical revelation.

An underlying percussive rhythm section attempts to ground the piece in a lounge jazz style, but is never allowed to dominate due to the interjecting effects - some natural, some synthesized. A tense and exploratory piece with dark overtones.

Traditional pizzicato, Bartok pizzicato, tremolo, marcato shorts and legato passages all add to the ever changing dynamic landscape of the piece for a sumptuous and playful vibe that's free flowing and energetic. Rhythmically adventurous due to tempo changes, fast staccatto passages and smooth, contrasting themes, you never truly settle and find yourself swallowed by a piece full of suspense, edginess and nervous energy.  

Creepy melodies, weird sounds and disturbing noises designed to create a send of dread. Featuring scary strings, music box and rhythmic synths to drive it on, it lies somewhere between a deranged ethnic ensemble and a contemporary, cinematic action tension builder. A little bit different, and all the better for it, whilst maintaining its roots in the cinematic horror camp.
