Using reverb for a spacious and airy effect in the gentle, sentimental sections to using horns, strings and percussion for an epic, heroic feel in the main theme, there are subtle variations throughout to keep the interest and maintain a gradual build up. A smooth hybrid piece with a sense of regret and sadness mixed with a triumphant determination and optimism.

A really peaceful and gentle acoustic track - ambient and cinematic with a brightness and calm that sits a little strangely with its Western themed roots. Not that it doesn't work, it's a great take on the atmosphere, with arpeggiated acoustic guitar, whistled melody and lush strings all mingling to capture the mood of solitude, reflection ... and weary horses outside the saloon.

Pumping techno banger with a real 'computerised' feel, making it great for background game music. Had hitting synth riffs and a digitised top line form the bulk of it, although a classically influenced bridge section adds a different dimension, using the same synth tones and swapping out the club beat for a half time feel beat. Simple, but effective in the right setting.

Celebratory pop rock, heavy on synths and synthetic electric guitars. Upbeat and catchy with a vibrant energy, it's a fun, feel good rock track with a video game feel as opposed to a stadium feel.

Rocking track with old school vibes and a synthetic, video game feel. With its big guitar riffs and punchy drumbeat creating a boogie rock drive, the ever present organ gives it a special retro feel, with lively lead melodies and as a solid filler. Upbeat, catchy and as energetic as a kid's sugar rush.

Anarchic, industrial dubstep, crazily hyped up so that you'll never sleep again. With its constant electro tones slamming off the walls in every direction, aggressive synth leads firing into your chest and flickering on/off beats pumping the blood, it's like being dropped straight into the middle of a techno club night while being high on gamers' adrenaline.

Catchy and riff driven, with a hint of industrial techno trap and ballsy brass stabs thrown in (are you following me on this?), it's the sort of high energy theme you'd expect to hear as backing to action sequences in video games and contact sports. Hard hitting, but with a dynamic variation that let's you breathe.

Hyped up hard house meets shades of ska in a frenetic mix. A driving EDM beat and chirpy trumpet lead thrust us forward into a hypnotic and uncompromising dancefloor banger. Lots of synth stabs, arps and leads, off beat accents and the occasional breakdown to keep things varied, it's a relentless piece that's as curious as it is energetic. If 8 bit computer game music married EDM, this could well be the result.

Upbeat EDM pop with an old school techno influence. Slightly commercial sounding with a video game drive to it, it has a gentler sounding tempo thanks to the steady beat but no lack of energy with big synth chord patterns and leads, and fun, positive spirit. Sprinkled with fast arps and enhanced by gated effects, it's a solid, clean and catchy electro pop track.

Hyped up synth pop rock. Aggressively styled with high impact drums and synth textures, it has a real video game feel to it. Based around a single continuous motif, it maintains enough diversity by changing the instrumentation: different synth lead sounds, to changing the rhythmic emphasis: glitch effects and beat variations. Very punchy and animated.

Old time banjo track. Accompanied by piano and guitar, simplicity is the name of the game for this country Americana track. Igniting the yesteryear feel with a honky-tonk, lo-fi feel to the recording, it's a slow paced amble through American plains on horseback, with time to reflect on life's great mysteries. Satisfyingly uncomplicated and charming.

Energetic synth rock with one foot firmly in the 80s. Simple but effective, it's a short, hyped up theme featuring drums, bass, guitar and a big dose of retro synth leads. Add in a few textures and warp them up - you've got the soundtrack to an emerging video game generation. Think neon colours, headbands and sci-fi.

With a strong gamelan influence, it certainly has an ethnic feel to it, but mixed with a cinematic piano releasing deep overtones and soaked in reverb it takes on a more modern feel. As an added bonus, you get the bright charm of a mandolin to liven up your day. If you're not already clear what to expect, it's impossibly upbeat and innocent, pure and simple, and is just perfect for any wholesome project, especially corporate or kids stuff. Or quite the opposite kind of project if you're into ironic juxtapositions.
