What starts as reflective and fragile transforms into an uplifting, romantic and joyous piece.

Starting off in an ambient, lonely mood, with echoing harmonics and tremolos, it builds through a modern, contemporary drama style of arpeggiated progressions to an all out cinematic attack of grandiose strings and brass to hit those epic heights. Only boosted further with percussion, it never leaves behind its underlying solitary violin voice which relentlessly charges on in the background despite the rising orchestra. Emotive and evocative, it paints a dynamically lush and dramatic landscape.

Modern pop ballad with innovative drops into house, techno and trap styles. Melodic singer/songwriter verses transform into harder hitting synth-heavy textured choruses, but the overall story never gets lost throughout - regret, loneliness and the difficulty of moving on. Very well crafted with a great sense of pace and change.

Emotional, sentimental and dramatic piano and orchestra instrumental music. Heartfelt, romantic and evocative underscore.

Romance, nostalgia, bittersweet emotion, heartache, tenderness, optimism ..... not another Slipknot cover, but a warm and sensitive solo piano composition evoking myriad emotions. Gently lilting and mid paced, it has a simplistic manner, using suspended chords to generate that yearning sensation and a light, cinematic feel for a sense of the dramatic. Very pure and open.

A melancholic piano and strings ambient track. In a perfect example of 'less is more', what you get is a tragically fragile and delicate piece of cinematic, reverbed piano woven with muted strings and harmonics. Isolation, yearning, loss, sorrow ..... it's dark in feeling but light in texture, expressing vulnerability with perhaps the slightest hint of optimism. Moody stuff indeed.

Ambient Western track, in no hurry to get anywhere in particular. Soaking up the desert heat at walking pace, it's a beautifully constructed mix of shimmering strummed electric guitar chords, tremolo and slide leads, whistles and harmonica that oozes Americana. Percussive hand drums add some horse flavours to the theme, a theme that at times is sad and nostalgic, at others more comfortable in its solitude, but portrays a lot more than just cowboys and saddle sores.

Tense and intriguing solo violin piece backed by string ensemble. Huge portamento leaps, trills and atonal leanings mix to generate a beautiful but mysterious mood - ambiguous yet soothing, curious yet stable, it's an evocative siren's call full of emotion.

A soft, melancholic acoustic track, featuring guitar, piano and strings. Opening with arpeggiated guitar accompanying a simple, yearning melody, the piece plays on the theme as it builds with piano and eventually the legato strings to solidify the overall ambience of regret. Bittersweet in its mood, with lots of question/answer phrasing, the piece is a thoughtful study of a traumatised mind.

Cinematic piece, featuring piano and orchestra. A simple and traditional melancholic piano theme opens, juxtaposed by modern shrill electronic pulses to immediately give a sense of the unusual. It breaks into a lush orchestral theme with legato strings, rich brass and fast moving marimba, building in intensity to a majestic climax with fanfare brass and timpani hits. Not to last, it drops back to the orignial theme and calmer style to finish a piece that has a diverse landscape of emotions, evoking sadness, reflection, wonder and longing.

Wistful orchestral piece for chamber strings. Deliberately slightly ambiguous in rhythm as well as mood, it is at times playful, at times unsettled. With hints of romance and longing through the use of sweeping legato, to carefree pizzicato and eager staccatissimo, it's a diverse piece of 20th century style music showcasing many articulations and emotions, the one constant being it's tenderness throughout.

This very intimate solo piano describes the torn feelings of homesickness, the sadness but also the precious memories.
