Music tracks
Lively and joyful positive instrumental background music loop with pizzicato strings, celesta, piano, flutes and oboe.
A delightful children's tune with an overridingly playful mood. Dynamically more interesting than most kid's uke themes thanks to its jagged stop-start opening rhythm and off beat accents, it still maintains the familiar feel of strummed ukulele, piano, bass, drums and of course, glockenspiel melody. Adding in further interesting elements like xylophone, shaker, clicks and claps helps the diversity within the track which builds nicely to a full and rich stomp to further enhance the sense of play and togetherness.
A lively dance pop track, sparkling with freshness and youthful vibrancy. A modern dance beat with a rounded softness and great dynamics make this an easily likeable tune, mixing in acoustic guitar for a less synthetic texture. Very uplifting, like summer holidays and travelling, it's a great backdrop for all sorts of energised, upbeat projects.
A driving swing jazz track with a lively pace and energy but a sophisticated, chic attitude. The strong upright bass and drum prominence gives it most of the momentum, with flavour coming from off beat guitar, piano, vibraphone, flute, strings and the horn section,. Perhaps a homage to 1960s TV themes, it mixes a little mystery and retro flair into a classy piece of swinging nostalgia.
Corporate track, with a strong sense of inspiration, motivation and achievement. Piano based over a light drum beat, movement is added through fast, repeated palm muted guitar and harmonically enhanced by synth pads and acoustic guitar. A calmer midsection without drums creates a change to the mood, allowing a reset to the main theme until the end. Uncomplicated and effective.
A romantic orchestral piece with a nostalgic feel featuring a melodic piano lead and backing strings
Fast paced funk fun. A classic retro take on the funk era, with an animated bass line, wah guitar and all important horn section providing the ingredients for a solid disco track. Sprinkled with hammond organ backing and 70s style electric guitar leads, and built on an energetic drum and percussion groove, it makes for a perfect backing track due to its stable dynamic and consistency throughout. Non stop movement with a good time party feel.
Fresh pop track. It's the innovative editing that creates the unique sound of sliced guitar for a start/stop feel that marries with the bass and drum groove to generate a real swagger to the music. Add in chopped female vocal samples, sprinkle with some light risers and swells, play with the synth envelopes and you have a track that's uplifting, modern and cool.
Action packed, adrenaline fuelled percussive glitch rock. Note the 'glitch' - its stop/start nature makes it perfect for hyped up intros needing a hard hitting guitar and synth splatter opening with textured effects, warps, drops and all manner of riffs and percussive impacts. Rock solid, mid tempo and a banging big sound.
Action packed, adrenaline fuelled percussive glitch rock. Stop/start in nature, introducing multiple takes on a central electric guitar riff theme, making the track a jerky, punchy accompaniment before eventually loosening up into a more traditionally rock styled, hard hitting, half time feel smash. But not for long. Like a hyperactive child fed too much sugar, it's off again and bouncing off the walls in an upbeat, hyped up blur of buzzing sensationalism. Erratic indie garage rock for the gaming generation.
Deeply reflective piano piece with a calm, minimalist approach. Not a lot of notes, but a lot of rich ambience, diverse emotions and mood from shimmering overtones and swathes of reverb - simplicity and soul-searching would be the only key words for this one. And maybe remorse. And a little hope. And solitude. And peaceful mystery. And I should stop now.
Heavy electro rock tinged with an industrial aggression. It's an adrenaline fuelled, all out action track of slamming synth beats and hits mixed with electric guitar riffs and hard rock drums to leave you in no doubt about its mood. Manic, unrelenting with a non-stop intensity.
Calming cinematic ambience tinged with a melancholic reflection. At heart, it's a minimalist track of simple, reverbed guitar gradually being overtaken by soft arpeggiated piano, gentle strings and a soulful cello lead to become a soothing escape into another world, albeit one which hints at unknown wonders and potential darkness. Slow and methodical with a dreamlike quality.
Aggressive and hectic breakstep short. Take a beat, twist some synth hits, warp their outputs, add a little stutter and punish the envelopes of ... well, everything. As manic as a strobe light in a hall of mirrors, you won't sleep for days if you leave it on loop so be warned - for special circumstances only.
Solemn and whistful piano solo. Beautifully romantic or darkly tragic depending on your current mood, there is a small sense of triumph in the more animated middle section of arpeggios and grandiose melody. Otherwise, it's a simple and delicate theme that asks questions without ever being imposing or even expecting an answer.
Hard hitting orchestral hybrid teaser. Short, and very direct, it launches distorted synth missiles into our ears while pounding us with industrial cyber drums. Sweetening the pain with some fast violin ostinato won't save us, just increase the intensity until our insides disintegrate from the final sub bass drop. All very dramatic, you'll agree.
Panic and run, or stay focused and calculated? That's your dilemma here as the clock ticks on, generating a cinematic soundscape of tension and suspense, building to a crescendo of deep, dark industrial impacts, sub drops and warps. An ever building, reverb soaked swarm of cavernous time pressure in rhythmic and musical form.
Futuristic and apocalyptic track. After starting with a pulsing, time-ticking build up to generate tension and a suffocating intensity, the pounding industrial percussion, screaming synth leads and grinding sub bass are let loose to fry your brain. Staggered and disruptive throughout but somehow generating an underlying rhythmic stability, it's certainly an effect rather than a melody.
Adrenalin fuelled cinematic track. A rhythmically charged intro of unison piano and string shorts flourishes into a gothic fantasy dance with subtly macabre overtones, featuring choral melodies and later, epic brass. Impacts and percussion drive the piece forward in a swirl of dramatic emotion, rising again through a key change to its conclusion. Darkly romantic with a playful vibe, it is an energetic, all action piece with a grandiose flair.
Ghostly goings-on, devilish delights and frolicking phantoms reign in this playful track. Is there an eerie theremin? Of course there is. Is there a toy piano? Of course. Pizzicato strings? Yep. Plodding brass bass line? Sure. Cackling spectres in the background? Don't mind if I do. Hard house rave beat? Don't be ridiculous, that really wouldn't help - we're going for spooky 'what's creeping up on me' with this track and you won't be disappointed. Unless they see you from the shadows.
